1.Training customer how to operate the equipment for free (Including adjust and test the equipment for put into use,fault clear).
2.Under normal use, if equipment have quality problem,customer require us to change the part, we will change the part for free.(but the transportation expense outside china shall be pay by customer).
3.We will offer the technical support through phone call,internet if customer require.
4.For the equipment that sale by agent to the same country or area and the price above 200000 RMB, if customer require us to sent technician for sevice.Customer must bear air ticket,food and accommodation fee.
5.If transportation,installation, faulty operation problem,lead to the equipment’s part damage.That will not have a warranty, but we will present the part to customer in a low price.
